CHALLENGE 1<\/h5>

As part of its continuous improvement strategy, Bci Leader<\/strong> identified the need to strengthen the experience within the WhatsApp channel<\/strong>, with the goal of boosting its efficiency and turning it into a more responsive and transactional point of contact. Prior to this transformation, the channel operated with another provider that limited the possibilities of offering conversational experiences. While it had predefined flows, these were static and quickly diverted the user to other environments (such as external links or human agents), which interrupted the continuity of the experience, hindered automated follow-up, and reduced conversion. The main challenge, then, was to evolve a functional channel into a truly Conversational, integrating greater automation, autonomy for the client <\/strong>and operational traceability.<\/strong><\/p>

To carry out this transformation, Simpletech supported Lider Bci in the adoption of WittySuite, our conversation design and process automation platform. The project focused on two key areas:<\/p>
