The management of\u00a0Consultations via WhatsApp<\/strong>\u00a0was\u00a0very inefficient<\/strong>. Each sales executive managed it from personal accounts. That was a problem for the supervisors to be able to\u00a0Measure and monitor the management, attention and emergence of prospects and clients in general<\/strong>.<\/p>

Goals:<\/strong>\u00a0Unify contacts<\/strong>\u00a0to be able to have better control of the channel. In this way, being\u00a0more efficient<\/strong>\u00a0when routing each conversation based on the geographic location of each person to the appropriate sales executive.<\/p>

Solution:<\/strong>\u00a0Today it is possible\u00a0receive queries in an organized manner<\/strong>\u00a0through the official ACAC account on WhatsApp, thanks to our tool\u00a0WittyBots<\/a>. This is a\u00a0low-code chatbot builder<\/strong>\u00a0which allows you to create conversation flows to address, for example, frequently asked questions and customer complaints.<\/p>

Product requests, which were previously handled manually, are now also processed through ACAC's official WhatsApp Business channel. This process, which was previously tedious and slow, has been automated.
