CHALLENGE 1<\/h5>

Microfin had advisors\/salespeople across the country,\u00a0each with a different number of\u00a0<\/strong>WhatsApp<\/a>.<\/p>

It was difficult to educate the customer that the use of these numbers was\u00a0for sales only<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0not for consultations<\/strong>\u00a0general customer service.<\/p>

Was\u00a0impossible to maintain control<\/strong>\u00a0about what information was given to them in the event of queries or complaints, which compromised the good quality of customer support.<\/p>

CHALLENGE 2<\/h5>

Customer service advisors also had\u00a0different WhatsApp numbers<\/strong>, and the clients scheduled all those numbers. This caused the client to make inquiries to multiple numbers, which\u00a0made it difficult to correctly<\/strong>\u00a0tracking and the possibility of\u00a0gather information in one place<\/strong>\u00a0that would allow them\u00a0provide better care.<\/strong><\/p>

Solution:<\/strong>\u00a0Attention and sales were centralized through\u00a0WittySuite<\/a>, using a single WhatsApp number, ensuring that their specialized customer service agents receive queries and offer the best solutions based on organized information, and managing to separate customer service from sales.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

There was a time when the number of leads (potential clients) they were receiving from a supplier overwhelmed them, and\u00a0They did not even filter the first steps\u00a0<\/strong>nor to\u00a0answer in real time\u00a0<\/strong>whom they consulted at the time.<\/p>

Goals:<\/strong>\u00a0sort and classify the leads that arrive for their correct management.<\/p>

Solution:<\/strong>\u00a0was used\u00a0WIttySuite<\/a>\u00a0for\u00a0organize different trays<\/strong>. One of them was assigned this provider, where the leads already\u00a0arrive filtered<\/strong>\u00a0with certain characteristics that indicate that\u00a0meet the minimum conditions<\/strong>\u00a0to continue with sales management, knowing that\u00a0That lead is more qualified\u00a0<\/strong>than those that reached them before in a disorderly manner.<\/p>

CHALLENGE 4<\/h5>

The collections area\u00a0needed a way to communicate with customers<\/strong>\u00a0who met certain debt conditions, either en masse or individually.<\/p>

Solution:<\/strong>\u00a0through\u00a0WittySend<\/a>, HSMs (pre-approved messages via WhatsApp) are sent for debt cases, the answers to which are received in a specific inbox.\u00a0WittyAgent<\/a>\u00a0managed by the collections sector.<\/p>
