Entre eles, o&nbsp;<em>x<\/em>, representando&nbsp;<em><strong>Experi\u00eancia<\/strong><\/em>, passou a habitar jornais, relat\u00f3rios e blogs de tecnologia em todo o mundo. Abaixo explicamos&nbsp;<strong>o que eles representam<\/strong>&nbsp;no mundo dos neg\u00f3cios e <strong>como eles devem ser projetados<\/strong>&nbsp;para ter sucesso na economia da experi\u00eancia digital.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Em um e<strong>num ambiente t\u00e3o competitivo e globalizado<\/strong>, onde n\u00e3o apenas competimos com empresas do nosso mercado, mas, muitas vezes, somos considerados entre organiza\u00e7\u00f5es de todo o mundo, o design do <strong>a experi\u00eancia adquiriu um papel fundamental<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Existem muitos tipos de experi\u00eancia, hoje queremos focar na quarta delas:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experi\u00eancia do cliente (<strong>CX)<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experi\u00eancia do usu\u00e1rio (<strong>Experi\u00eancia do usu\u00e1rio<\/strong>)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experi\u00eancia do funcion\u00e1rio (<strong>EX<\/strong>)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Multiexperi\u00eancia (<strong>MX)<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voc\u00ea sabia disso,&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/emtemp.gcom.cloud\/ngw\/globalassets\/en\/doc\/documents\/720630-success-in-the-digital-experience-economy-requires-connecting-mx-ux-cx-and-ex.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">de acordo com o Gartner<\/a>,&nbsp;<strong>a falta de coordena\u00e7\u00e3o dessas experi\u00eancias<\/strong> talvez <strong>evitar&nbsp;<\/strong>ele <strong>progresso <\/strong>de uma empresa? Alguns se alimentam e juntos geram uma sinergia de bem-estar e entusiasmo que impulsiona a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vamos para a parte importante deste post. O que representa cada uma destas experi\u00eancias e porque \u00e9 que a sua relev\u00e2ncia aumentou nos \u00faltimos tempos?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#4300ff\"><strong>CX = Experi\u00eancia do Cliente<\/strong>, o tema quente dos \u00faltimos 12 meses.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Algumas pessoas chamam isso de <strong>novo marketing<\/strong>. Como o pr\u00f3prio nome diz, tem como foco a Experi\u00eancia do Cliente. As antigas pr\u00e1ticas de marketing de gera\u00e7\u00e3o de insights a partir de dados concretos e pesquisas com um grande n\u00famero de pessoas foram complementadas por m\u00e9todos qualitativos para <strong>conectar-se melhor com o cliente e ter empatia por ele<\/strong>.
